Delirium is produced by the Belgian family owned and run Huyghe Brewery, which was founded in 1906 by Leon Huyghe in the city of Melle in East Flanders. Today the state-of-the-art brewery sits on the original brewery site. The Huyghe Brewery is best known for its signature beer Delirium Tremens and the Brotherhood of the Pink Elephant- a fraternity devoted to the promotion and celebration of Delirium Tremens and local Melle craft beers.
