With 75% Viognier and 25% Marsanne, this pale yellow-hued Rhône blend offers oodles of ripe fruit, from peach to pineapple rind, and a floral nuance too. There's a slight chemical note detectable as well. It bursts onto the tongue with quite shrill acidity, offset by creamy texture and fleshy fruit. But there's a sweatiness and a sulfuric burn on the finish that leaves this lacking in harmony and ease.
