The 2020 Malbec Crios from the Uco Valley was 40% aged in used wood for eight months. Intense purple in color. The nose offers dark and red fruit ranging from plum to blackberry with hints of syrup, herbs and a smoky backdrop. The palate delivers an alcoholic energy. Skinny tannins and freshness result in pretty intense flavors for the price.
